Used as part of PathFinder’s plotting routine, fills circles of non-oscillatory regions.

fillCircle(c,r,colour)

Inputs

• c : The centre of the circle

• r : The radius of the circle.

• colour : The colour of the circle, in RGB format (an array of length three).
